Each serving delivers precisely 30g of energy using our AJ21 blend, a 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose carbohydrate blend that provides fast energy and hydration. This drink mix is isotonic for rapid gastric emptying and contains 200mg of sodium to promote more rapid water absorption. Usage Instructions
